1. Introduction and License

11. Account Suspension and Termination

By registering an account, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. User data may be shared with third-party service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, as the jurisdiction under which Oz2Win holds its operating license. To the extent that Australian consumer protection law or the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) imposes obligations that are applicable to the Platform’s operations with respect to Australian users, the Operator acknowledges those obligations and will endeavor to comply with applicable standards. 16. Miscellaneous Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the User with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without the prior written consent of the Operator.
• These Terms and Conditions are published in the English language, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.
